I have send a ticket to support as well. This is the second time I had problems with bitcoin the last time I purchased 2 Token S Pack which transaction just never went through on Coinbase. This time coinbase reports an underpayment. Which is impossible since I had 0.00007 bitcoin the transaction was 0.000052 bitcoin the fee is 2%. No bitcoin is left in my account. So explain what the vark is going on.
I cannot see any other good payment options to me at this stage: mint involves buying by credit card, do not have credit card that i can use, paypal involves opening bank account . but i am truly getting scared buying with bitcoin.
but cant understand why the system would anyway process an underpayment? where did the other 0.000018 bitcoin go
