Are there true LOTR fans here? I really hope so, if yes what do you think of the new coming second movie of The Hobbit?Have you read any of Tolkien's books - Silmarilion and The Children of Hurin for example?

well I read Hobbit and LOTR, unfortunately I didn't read Silmarilion and the children of hurin. I realy like LOTR trilogy, specially extended editions. I think it's mistake to shot three movies when there is only one book (Hobbit).

The first Hobbit was amazing, can't wait for the second!
I read "The Hobbit" a few years back and it was great, really got me into reading.

it was good movie and they added intersting none orginal part in it. in general the hobbit movies seems more lighter than the lotir trilogy

I loved the LOTR trilogy. I was a bit iffy about the Hobbit at first, but then the trailer showed Manly Dwarf Singing, and I just had to go and see it.

Silmarilion is a very boring book of the series
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
