Esplanada dos Ministérios, Bloco L - Brasília
Saturday January 2, 2021, day 4,792 of the New World.
Dear eBrazilian citizens,
The Ministry of Education is updating several eRepublik guides in its catalog, today we will talk about Experience (EXP). Let's go to the guide!

To begin, let's understand the experience. The main activities of the game, when done, generate for the player a “benefit” that comes as an experience. By increasing it, you become a wiser and more knowledgeable player to play eRepublik.
You see your experience points on the main screen of the game or on your profile page, as shown in the images:

According to the advancement of his experience, the player increases his level and consequently can perform new actions in the game (EXP x Level):

Table of tools enabled according to level

When you reach level 100 or one of its multiples (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 etc.), special missions appear !!

EXPERIENCE POINTS
Ways to acquire Experience Points (XP):
Work: 2 XP points for each company you work for;
Train: 2 EXP points per training center you use;
Vote: 5 EXP points per vote;
Fight: 1 EXP point for every 10 energy spent;
Military Unit: 5 EXP points to become a member of a Military Unit;
Missions: Some Missions also give EXP that vary depending on the mission it is.

DIVISIONS
As mentioned above, according to your level, you participate in a certain division. They are for the player to fight with others of a level range close to his and avoid great differences of strength and resources between them:

Division x Level x EXP table

TYPE OF PLAYERS
Currently in eRepublik there are 2 types of players
- Player who retains EXP to compete in Division 1,2 and 3 despite the Maverick Pack
- Player who gains experience quickly through air battles, in addition to moving up a division very fast, loses competitiveness with other players in land battles.
In practice this system of divisions works very well for those who are older in the game, because the change is made by advancing the level and not by the damage power of the player. Players in divisions 1 to 2 even tend to have some problems, but when they arrive in divisions 3 and 4, a player who has not developed much of his strength ends up competing with people with much greater damage.
Therefore, each time you move up the division, it becomes more difficult to earn BH in land battles. So the option for those with a lot of EXP, but with little strength is to focus their energies on aerial battles to try to get their precious SH (30g). How to spend your FFs, that is, your energy and consequently gain experience is a decision that must be taken with care and this can greatly affect your game in the future.
