Aside of enrolling them in a country, does it have an impact in the game? Or are they just a skin?
Will the PL-14 Desert Wolf hit harder than the Sand Cat 2 under the same circumstances?

They have not released any information on it and have yet to enable it, but if you have more blueprints you can upgrade an existing skin.
