For new players as me rn its impossible to get workers since they would go and work for someone who is going to pay them 2k+ ALL(Albanian LEK) and for me thats unaffordable it would be good if we could buy working tickets for money or even gold but not a high price a difference based on level, divisions or amount of companies that he owns for small profit not to much based on market items price

The game has gone through an economic death spiral for several years... as such there are not a lot of players who can afford to handle workers and fewer who are _actually_ making a profit.

Exactly thats why working tickets would be good for example with working tickets you would get -10% on production which still wouldnt affect job market
