I think it's time to update division classification once again.
It has been done before, on day 2282. So a long time ago.
Anyway we now have like 33% strength gaps in div IV. So not very balanced. Make it start from like level 100 or something.

There are 2000 strength D1 players with 500++ medals. Q7 vs Q6 weapon damage was decreased. They are making it easier for the new players.
