Hello. despite direct war has ended between my citizenship country and the country which my holding is located i still cant work on my companies. How is this possible despite the war is ended and there is no conflict, the game doesnt allow me to work on my companies how can i fix this ?

Not sure...i think no battles isn't enough to put an end to the war, it only ends if the congress of the two sides vote yes in a peace proposal law (opened by a president), or at a few different factors.
You can check the active wars in: community -> my country -> military
