Hello, is there an possibility to get back into the old account whic is now dead citizen? If yes who to contact?

Yes. If a citizen is simply dead, log in with your OLD details. Old email address, old password.

If that does not work, you'll need to contact support:

 

On bottom of eRep page:

Contact > eRepublik Sypport > Support Center Submit a Ticket > Select Other subject: - write in heading: Reviving Old Account

 

Provide as many details as you can, old email address, old name, old citizen number. If there was a security Code attached to the account, you will need that as well.
