It would be interesting to create a medal dedicated pair trade ... exists as well as production geared paragraph, press, military and other, that a medal could be won every "x" sold or purchased at some local shops, And A Good Idea!

Interesting 
PPL who have many firms (older players) will earn more and more gold..
You need to think out about sthing what will bring young players which are active like hell, so they could use their activity for earning money
