Make the same number of regions for all countries to be more equal.
No need for new puppet countries.

Add Catalonia, Galicia and Country Basque.
If they Catalonia,Galicia and Basque,why shouldn"t be add Scotland,Kosovo,Iceland.Eventhough I"ve been for Kosovo as indenpedent country to be add,and also been criticised for that,I don"t quite see why on earth should add those Spanish regions.All 3 regions are part of Spain.I"ve understand you,but it"s unlikely those regions would ever be added.

Where can I find Cuba forum or IRC for chating on the theme Cuba as new eCountry ?.Also want to ask Erepublik stuff of this game if it that would be possible to answer me on this: 2 countries Cuba and Georgia who won by votes of the members of this forum,and 2 other countries which Plato elected:Nigeria and sadly I can"t remember :

Staying in this game for at least 6 months already, I find it hard to see countries such as those in Europe have to fight for limited resources found in the eWorld. Why can't new countries (Vietnam and Africa) be included, for more people to have military and political successes in their various "new" eCountries?
