I propose civil war option. Citizens are not always supporting current government. Especially greedy, irresponsible, arrogant, ignorance, or anything happened in real world brought to this new world. Anyone can start civil war. Plus admins could put option for one to one gun duel among the same citizenships.

I think this is a bad idea...its what impeachment is for.

Impeachment is ok for political maneuver, but no military action involved. Means, no fun

I would like see a 'Civil War Module' also, in RL if you can recruit enough followers you can cause a revolution; just look at RL Egypt....

Yes, but it will have to be very limited otherwise we will see permanent civil wars in some countries like Romania

like : 1)To open war you need a certain % of the country active citizents.

 

2)Only the countrie's citizents can fight(so it wont be abused by countries to make PTOes).

 

3)You cant start a war when the country got a netrual enemy.

These are 3 good rules to start with, I especially like #2 if a 30 day no fight rule was applied to new citizens; the no fight rule would maybe negate the need for #3...

I also believe wiped countries would be the biggest beneficiaries of the 'Revolutionary Module'....
