I suggest admins create authority to punish contests with prize cheaters or fraudelent contests creators. Add rules to that point. If two or more char reported that case, admins should take any actions. Punitive measures or actions depend on the losses suffered by the victims.

I agree, but I dont think they will do it. They will mostly blame the one who participating in non official erepublik contests.

Too pity but it's true :(

Maybe this forum could convince Plato or at least the admins think again about this case.

To be honest it's kind of sad to see the amount of people which can't actually see the scam. I'm not against people, but due to the fact that most people are silly enough to trust everyone as it is I personally won't agree with such rule being added. It would be kinda a way to solve the problems that encounter, because the participant hasn't thought that it could be a scam what so ever (I'm not say  this is the case, just saying how it looks like in general).

As example on #iTrade there's an auto message posted in bold red every 10 minutes about the most "popular" scammers, people yet still get scammed because they don't read it.

To be honest it's kind of sad to see the amount of cheater who are protected and rewarded by the mods and admins. I'm not against admins/mods, but due to the fact that most people are silly enough to trust them as it is I personally won't agree with such rule being added. It would be kinda a way to solve the problems that encounter, because the participant hasn't thought that it could be solve by a proper service what so ever (I'm not say this is their job, just saying how it looks like in general).

As example on #iTrade there's an auto message posted in bold red every 10 minutes about the most "popular" scammers, admins yet still don't ban because they spend money.
