I suggest you to add more UM staff names.

 

Now we have Commander, 2nd commander and captain for each regiment.

 

But in order to make things easier you can try to add:

Recruiter - who will take care of new members;

Spokesman - who will represent the UM in media;

 

 

I will think at more... Any other ideas?

Well they are nice, though all the current 3 "titles" in the MUs do have some sort of role and power within the Military unit, which I think is quite reasonable.

Recruiter would be able to fire from UM players that have less than 1 week in UM and could have a special chat with people who entered in last 1 weak in UM.

 

Spokesman could have access at a UM's newspaper for example. A spokesman has 2 newspaper: his own and access to UM's one. For this it would be interesting to have an official UM's newspaper.
