lol... Tunisia is the size of my backyard in South America. I don't care the age of your nation, that's an irrelevant aspect of this game. Neither your nation is any kind of power, so don't be silly to compare it to Brazil.
Don't get me wrong... its fine for me to add Tunesia to the game, but it should be a fair evaluation to other nations. Tunisia shouldn't have much more regions (1) than Uruguay, a nation which is double the size of Tunesia.

@Manrod78 if to u great nations are by size so Russia is the greatest ,but it's by history and culture in Real life 

and u say that Tunisia smaller from Uruguay and should have 1 region 

facts  israel  = 22.072  square kilometers

 have 5 regions 

Tunisia  165,000 square kilometers so we have 7 regions we could ask for 24 but we make them 7
