The Persian Empire and Roman Empire didn't exist at the same time at all. And Persia never reached to Italia, the only land the Roman Republic held in 500BC.

Maybe you're talking about the Seleucid Empire. But  there never was a war between that one and the Roman Republic either, because the Seleucid king backed down instead of going to war with them.

And then his empire disintegrated into civil war.

Actually there have been multiple Persian empires, he's talking about the Sasanid empire of Persia which existed at the same time as Byzantine empire (a.k.a eastern roman empire)

About the thing we discussed and three great power that defeated by Persian empire;

 

1) Medes Empire;

As you can see unlike what are you claiming. the Egyptian empire did exist at the time of Persian empire. and They great Cyrus end it forever.

Greco was exist 800 BC. And at the time of Archidamian- Greco fight (500BC)  there were two strong tribe ruling the region; Sparta and Athens.

If you know how to read map, you`ll clearly notice that most of part of Iran has +1.5k elevation (which represent mountain)

 

And mountain and sea bring beautiful nature not desert.
