hello, just want to asking some about "changing name":
1. How many characters limit?
2. What are non-alphanumerical characters that allowed?
3. Case sensitive or not? (i meant like "Plato" and "pLato" are different nick if case sensitive)
4. Can i use permabanned nick? (or make request via ticket first maybe?)
