i would like to go to brazil but, there is no brasil in the location change option.

Because Brasil is fully captured and has no Region left.
-> Brasil physically doesn't exist at the moment.

Hello, like Marcel the Great said, you can not move to a country that no longer holds any region. You need to wait until they recover a region.
