Also you havent answered my question at all : How do you appoint moderators, how do you know their not multies.  Act like a moderator and answer questions posted by users of this forum.

Hello,

 

The way how citizens/moderators/mentors are checked for multies is confidential for several reasons (one of them is: you don't say to a thief how you will catch him). Also to answer you to second question, moderators are appointed by a Community Officer, xtaSia. She is currently managing the eRepublik Game Moderators Project and the eRepublik support channel on Rizon.
