Basicamente não existe república sem um senado então proponho a criação do senado.

 

1- O Senado seria composto por três membros de cada região.

 

2- Apenas os Partidos do top 6 poderiam lançar candidatos.

 

3- O numero de candidatos por partido seriam de 3 por região se um país tem 5 regiões  cada partido poderia lançar então 15 candidatos.

 

4- O senado também poderá criar novas leis e vota e propor  pactos mutua proteção entre países. 

 

5- Os Senadores eleitos também ganhariam medalhas e prêmios iguais aos congressistas.

 

6- As eleições seriam todo dia 20 ou junto com a eleição de congressistas.

 

 

Essa é uma proposta ao meu ver que pode aumentar e melhorar o jogo e deixar ele mais real.
