Apparently nobody uses the M3R Storm Precision Rifle; you should consider change some of its values.

 

 

I suggest:

 

Ammo: 2

Accuracy: 3

 

The rest the same.

 

It's not real that the actual accuracy (1) is less than the accuracy of the Storm Assault Rifle (2) considering that the M3R is a sniper rifle.

Indeed, it makes sense to have better accuracy with a precision rifle/sniper rifle then you would have with an assault rifle.
