like in eRep shouts...

I guess I'll agree with this. For now if you see any "spam" you can report it and we'll take care of it

I'd like to suggest eCountry specific sub-forums that are only accessible by it citizens.

In welcome sections of all kinds of forums there's ALWAYS spam. Same goes for off-topic sections and such.

Take care with "Welcoming" forum. Lot of spam there.
If you see any specific spam I guess it would help a lot if you could report it

You see, the post in the introducing section aren't spam. They are more like a legit way for getting more posts.

Please divide other language forums in subforums, it cannot be so hard, is just to make some code and one or two mofications in database...

To be honest I think I would be able to find more disadvantages than advantages. Most countries already have national forums, hence I don't see any need for language based sections being made on the forum (my opinion ofc).
