I suggest to adopt the same regions as the Uruguayan army splits the country.

which is almost the same as the first "departamental" division of Uruguay:
1. South (historically, Montevideo and Guadalupe/Canelones) (Fruits? Cattle?)
2. West (historically Colonia, Soriano and San Jose) (Grain? Cattle? Fruits?)
3. East (historically, Maldonado) (Fish? Grain? Deer? Saltpeter?)
4. North (historically, Paysandu) (Iron? Aluminium? Cattle?)

Singapur is a so small country to have three regions. It's unconducent.
Besides, this reclaim is unfair with countries like eCyprus or eParaguay, that have 2 core regions.
Hence, my ask is to give 2 core regions to eUruguay and eSingapur.

At least 2 regions to eUruguay and eSingapore then. Singapore is small, but Uruguay is bigger than Cyprus and has only one region. Cyprus has two.

You don't get it: all people on the bed, or all people off that bed.
You can't ask three regions if some current countries have two. The problem is: Singapore is definitely too small. Indeed: Singapore, more than a country, it's a city-state.
At least 2 regions to eUruguay and eSingapore then. Singapore is small, but Uruguay is bigger than Cyprus and has only one region. Cyprus has two.
I would support three regions for Cyprus, Paraguay and Uruguay, only if Singapore receive a prerogative from Plato in the military module. That is: a region conquered by Singapore can't open RW. Those regions only can be retaken by NE.
