How do you feel about the proposal to make rocket storage unlimited and to change rocket production / day from 2 to 1?   
Or make different rocket storage for each D1 D2 D3 D4
ex:
D1=max 30 rockets
D2=max 25 rockets...

It was proposed many times.

If you got rockets, you use them.

I don't see a reason to build up a supply of 20 rockets(or more), especially when it takes 20 days(or more if you have trouble getting the needed parts) to get your storage filled. And then spend it in less the 10 minutes. Seems like a huge amount of effort for almost nothing in return.

And why would you give D1 more rocket-storage?
