I am not completely sure did anyone mentioned this on the forum so far, but guerilla would certainly be more competitive and fun and more popular among players if guerilla fighters were to compete in some form of world wide as well as nation wide competition like world cup, championship, league......
Those kind of competitions would definitely be better option than boring missions that you create every once in a while, players would compete both for their personal score and for better country ranking.
National teams of better guerilla fighters of 10, 11, 12... should be formed and then they should compete with players from other countries
