Stop The Grandfathering Of Wages, When Min Wage Is Raised!

I feel that if the minimum wage is raised all the employees working for less than the min wage should either be fired or have their wage automatically raised to min wage. 

 

Other wise it is pointless to raise min wage because some people have had the same job for a long time working in a commune! 

 

 

having the min wage not be grandfathered in, this would allow countries to be able to destroy the tax avoiding communes if the country wanted to!

Well, it shouldn't be raised to the min wage.

If so, when the country is PTO'd and the min wage is changed to like 1000cc...

people can move locations to get a different job. 

 

I do get it would hurt the people who owned the factories.  but a country that has been taken over has little to no production bonuses and countries that have full bonuses will be able to draw the employees from the small countries even if they do not have a high min wage.

At least remove Job market offers that are lower than the country's min wage.
