So, here's the thing:

No matter where your housing companies are located and no matter on which country's job market the employees accept a job offer, no matter which CS the employee has, the work tax will be payed to the employer's citizenship country at the tax rates of this country.

There are two problems with this:

- Countries high bonuses in house resources gain (virtually) no benefits from having them

- On the job market, you can't tell which offer is really the beest one. The highest gross salary, on top of the list, might not be the best net salary.

How to fix it?

- Employees pay no work tax anymore

- Managers pay work tax for using "work units", which is calculated the same way as WaM work tax. Maybe with the difference that here, 100% is payed to the country of the Holding.

"Q: Which country will get my work-tax?

A: Work tax for employees will remain the same for now, and will go to the citizenship country of the employer."

Is really hard to look up what Work Tax has a specific country. You need 2 PhD for two clicks and to figure out which salary is the best after paying taxes.

I know aute a few people who were in my collgeg who had to learn multiplication.

so i suspect calculating tax paid may be over some players heads.

however there are some third party websites that are pretty good at finding the highest wages after taxes.

Multiplying is easy. However when there are like 20 work offers, you need to look up the CS, the work tax of the country and calculate your salary. For each offer.

or you just use a webside that does it for you.

The thing is, the current allocation of the work tax is unfair. Pakistan for example hasn't even earned a single cent from their high Aircraft resource pool.

All money is earned by the CS country of the employer, which is extremely unfair.

Maybe something like that could be the solution...

Employee: pays 50% of the work tax of his CS country.

Employer: pays 50% of thee work tax of the holding location where he uses WaM.
