This is an old issue. It is incredibly unfair that some countries have 5 resources on their cores while other countries only 1.
Every country should have a minimum of 3 regions with 3 resources. Also it would be great a maximum of 10-12 regions

MORE REGIONS FOR URUGUAY!
It is very unfair you will create new countries, and did not solve this EXTREME injustice first!
Uruguay has a large community of active players, and they could grow a lot just having a fairer treatment!
