Some years ago there was an active industry for Hospitals and the same for Defense Sistems. ¿Why dont active these industries again? It would be really easy and it will give a component of strategy to this military module:
-Hospital Q1 : +1 energy recovery each 6 minutes to population in the region, until the region is conquered or X quantity of energy is given.
-Hospital Q2 : +2 energy recovery each 6 minutes to population in the region, until the region is conquered or X quantity of energy is given.
-Hospital Q3 : +3 energy recovery each 6 minutes to population in the region, until the region is conquered or X quantity of energy is given.
... and so on
- DS Q1 : +0.1 determination bonus while defending the region, with X uses.
- DS Q2 : +0.2 determination bonus while defending the region, with X uses.
- DS Q3 : +0.3 determination bonus while defending the region, with X uses.
... and so on
it can be built using the same resources as houses ( the hospitals) and as weapons ( the DSs) or you can create more resources. Maybe you can create different kind of DSs to defend direct wars, air strikes, rebellion wars, coups...
