so with the new houses there is already debate over the fact that you cant work as manager in house raws. and it makes sense why they are angry since only Q5 is the best option at the moment because workers salaries would all be the same. so i think one way to fix this could be to invent worker skill level which would divide people into 5 categories and each one can only produce that quality or lower. you would have 5 seperate job markets, actually it would be 7 because this would be for weapons and food too. the way to increase worker skill could be either the more days you work the more skill you gain or you could introduce a new thing like education and just like training you would have to "go to school" every day and get a little better skill for a price and you could have different levels of school too. maybe even you could create schools for a company and people would have to buy them or work in them or something idk
instead of having 7 different job markets you could just have the 1 base salary but it would be like you get paid $50 for every 1 skill point or something and the more skill you get more money based on percentage. and that same percentage of skill is what determines your production. and going off of that i just thought of another idea idk if its good but what if the stronger or smarter you are you would require more food for regenerating health so if you were really high in skill you would take more energy for you to do stuff. idk but it would have to be just a little more nothing to big because it still needs to be worth it to get level up
