For new players I recommend taking Q1 house only, you can work one more time for day and it pays by itself with even a little profit.

From Q2 to Q5 houses you have a loss of money (bigger as the quality increase), those are better suited for older players.

I would propose Q1 housing only to beginning players because it allows you to work an extra time every day without incurring additional costs and pays for itself with even a small profit.
