Después del signo de pregunta se escribe con mayúscula lo que significa que es una oración distinta. El punto y coma es innecesario y las tildes las trato de obviar porque no se si todos pueden verlas.

Luego, al ser dos oraciones distintas, es perfectamente posible hablar de usted y de vos.
