A simple call: free the rockets! Let us to build as many rockets as we want. That is the best way to reactive the low qualities weapon marketplace.

Well, the TRUE best way would be to unify the overall weapons fire power and to mantain the difference only by durability.

Airstrike doesn't have any limit more than its requirements, AFAIK.

The best cure would be to make raw materials needed only in Q1 factories. Q2 factories would require as input Q1 products, Q3 factories - Q2 products, and so on all the way up to Q7.
