you can donate money and they can buy what they need from marketplace. or you can donate them, but the VAT is collected from sender in this case.

Buying and selling isnt only "transaction", there is also support transaction for example MU members, if you have idea to also implement working "support" sgstem by not violating your proposed option go a head. I couldnt imagine it working both ways.
why the MU support should be done without paying taxes? Do you want to work for free for you MU? Then just donate the salary back. Or maybe your Congress will keep the minimum salary to 1 cc, there is no problem with that, but what i want to say is that the game mechanics do not allow Congress to create a real economical environment. The only tax which you can play at this point is Work Tax and raw materials import tax. Other taxes could be removed, there will be no difference.

Root of your issue is unprofitable factorys. Something similar in real life with oil. Some companys have to reduce theyr production simple becouse there is overproduction in market and prices are on merge when its not profitable same as our situation. How to fix it, reduce production, but if you reduce production you cant be sure others will. Its not like IRL you can make deals with organizations bla bla bla. Also there is wages. Which will fall after job space reduction. So many variablees....Admins should implement default "Profit" so everyone is happy.

This shoul be in te pool.

Competitia niciodata nu poate fi loiala, este o contradictie in termeni. Pentru simplul motiv ca spun astia aberatia asta la televizor, nu trebuie sa o preluam si noi.
Nu mi se pare in nici un fel, fiecare se descurca cum poate, asta e si frumusetea jocului. Altfel, jocul devine rigid si neatractiv.
Era senzationala versiunea initiala a jocului in care alergai sa-ti faci angajati loiali si intre timp, angajai tot felul de indivizi care-ti luau banii fara sa lucreze si se roiau... trebuia tot timpul sa fii atent. Si eu eram atent, eram unul dintre cei mai buni in angajari.
Acum jocul e fleasca. Nu poti face mai nimic cu firmele. Esti doar masa de manevra pentru guvern.
Nici cu Congresul nu mai poti face nimic. tot masa de manevra este.
Daca as fi avut clone, nimic din toate astea nu mai era atractiv. Jocul cu clone este tampit in primul rand pentru cel care il practica. Dar strica jocul si celorlalti, asa este.

why to increase the gold send limit? you need cc to buy goods from market, not gold. and the limit for cc is infinite

I think there are more important things to change that those 2 options. For example, people with Tycoon pack get +20% of profit with their production, so they can up salaries over other people without Tycoon, who has to stop producing.
About the salary, the minimum salary of spain is 1cc, so the first change wouldnt have effect. And I think any country will rise minimun salary to 160 (for example), because there are lot of organization (like MUs) which produce in a cooperative way to theirself.
About the second, the donations are something neccesary for MUs, or when we have to help new players. It´s true that you can donate goods to people from another country (and no pay 99% tax import). But really there are no profit in the company mode, and no donations would be another problem more for lot of people.
Anyway, i keep on thinking that we cant try to manage any little problem in this module, when we have a Pack which give +20% productivity (and tickets) to some people, who can pay more salary or down prices, f**ing the rest of people.
Another big change would be the work as a manager, but i think working as a manager is neccesary for the actual eR military mode. Some people fight more than people can produce in general (moreover weaps), so eR wont be able to manage that excesive demand of some products with a limited production.
So I think this problem goes farer than the economy.
